**About the role**:
If you are currently a service or parts advisor and looking for the next step in your career this role would be an ideal move towards a management position.

As our **Aftersales Controller,** you will oversee a small team and be responsible for the aftersales function of the business. You’ll need to have outstanding customer service skills, the ability to multi task and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.

**Hours**: Mon
- Fri 8.00 am - 6.00 pm Saturday 8.00am to 12.00pm (1 in 2 Saturday on a rota)

**Responsibilities as our Aftersales Controller** **will include**:

- Pro-actively contact customers with progress of work updates
- Provide customer estimates according to company policy on schedules, time and pricing
- Notify customers promptly of completion of work
- Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
- Produce invoices of work carried out
- Upsell of various products
- Advise customers of necessary repairs
- Accurately identify customer parts requirements
- Maintain parts stocks and stock records
- To ensure all stock is kept securely and in good condition
- Attend training courses to develop job related knowledge

**What we’re looking for in our Aftersales Controller**:

- Main dealer experience or have experience of such. Alternatively, a strong sales background would be beneficial as technical training will be given
- Possess good technical knowledge with ability to answer customer queries
- Computer skills essential
- Knowledge of CDK desirable, although training will be given
- Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
- Possess exceptional organisational skills
- Team player
- Personable approach, with a polite and courteous manner

A full clean UK driving licence is essential and flexibility to work across our other Poole dealerships will be required to meet business needs.
