To be a successful part of our bar team you will need;
- A positive, can do attitude towards all customers and other team.
- Thirst for knowledge toward learning all things bar, cellar and food related, learning about spirits, wines, cocktails and the “perfect serve” to each customer
- Great conversation- you enjoy interacting with customers in a lively, fast paced environment
- Experience in a kitchen or cooking is distinct help
- this dual role will cover both bar and kitchen on different shifts

**In return we ask for**:

- Give great service to guests - taking guests orders, serving drinks, taking payments and giving great service to customers
- Meet all site standards of service & work within the team leading to a great guest experience.
- Have/develop a good understanding serving coffees, alcohol and wine to both a bar and restaurant environment.
- Opening and closing shifts which will include weekends & bank holidays on a pro rata basis
- A willing to continue your development with both in-house and external training sessions.
