Carpenter/customer Service

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional service and carry out remedial work to customers homes.
- Liaise with office team and provide timely accurate responses and updates on job progress.
- Work within the Health and safety regs & RAMS in accordance with company policies
- Maintain customer records and update information as necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers to ensure their needs have been met

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a Carpentry, customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of carpentry & Joinery within the house building sector.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used in construction.
- Ability to fabricate or assemble items according to specifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve customer issues related to carpentry and new home construction.

**Salary**: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 5 years (preferred)
- Carpentry: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: On the road
