The purpose of this role is to lead and motivate a team of Warehouse Operatives and ensure to productivity levels are maximised, and that standards of quality are delivered at all times. Achieve the highest possible throughout, using best practices and high levels of supervision and coaching.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement processes and procedures.
- Manage day to day performance of Warehouse Operatives.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement by actively seeking and suggesting feedback and ideas
- Manage the allocation of work on a day-to-day basis ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets are met
- Responsibility for the overall productivity
- Managing and co-ordinating operational activities
- Organize and prioritize daily order fulfillment tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Monitor order queues and allocate resources to meet customer requirements.
- Lead, motivate, and train warehouse personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members, balancing workload and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to foster individual and team growth.
- Picking and packing orders.

**Key requirements**:
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

- Minimum of 2 years in a Warehouse supervisory role and a strong working knowledge.
- Self-motivated and diligent. Has a strong written and verbal communication. Adaptable, organized, ethical, and knows how to work with all types of people and situations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehousing.
- Be physically fit.
- FLT driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
