This is a performance-based position that offers a diverse and exciting work environment, requiring a blend of office and outdoor activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Aircraft Operations Coordination**:

- Manage and coordinate the efficient operations of corporate, charter, and private aircraft.
- Aircraft handling activities to ensure seamless ground operations.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively within a team framework to achieve departmental goals.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including pilots, ground crew, and other departments.
- **Shift Pattern**:

- Adhere to a designated 6 on 3 off shift pattern, demonstrating flexibility in work hours to meet operational requirements.
- **Customer Relations**:

- Demonstrate excellent customer relation skills to ensure a positive experience for clients and stakeholders.
- Address inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- **Self-Motivation**:

- Exhibit self-motivation and take initiative in managing day-to-day responsibilities.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
- **Location Requirement**:

- Reside within one hour's drive of the airport to ensure timely response to operational needs and a full UK driving license is required.
- **Aviation Experience**:

- Familiarity with aviation regulations and industry best practices.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, internet portals, Word, and Excel for effective communication and documentation.
