**About the role**

Your role will be to deliver an effective Window Cleaning Service which includes:
- Cleaning and upkeep of internal and external windows and frames as specified.
- Customer enquiries from both internal and external customers.
- General awareness of building condition and reporting any concerns.
- Comprehensive record keeping ensuring service is delivered in line with service charges.

This post requires close liaison with residents. You may work alongside colleagues from other teams (including Housing, Contact Centre, Asset Management and Commercial) to ensure services are delivered efficiently and high levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.

**About you**

You will hold experience in the use of handheld water pole systems.

You will have experience with Pad and Blade technique.

You must hold a full, clean, UK valid driving licence.

You will have a good interpersonal skill to deal effectively with a wide range of issues and circumstances in relation to customers, the team, peers, other stakeholders.

Ability to work at height using ladders and stairs.
