Bishop's Stortford, United Kingdom 24x7 Group Full time

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Organising PCNs to go to different area managers.
- Inputting invoice onto CCS and adding them on the T-drive.
- Answering fleet calls.
- Sending out invoice and V5 to area mangers.
- Changing v5 and send them off to the post office.
- Taxing vehicles.
- Purchase Order number, adding them onto an excel spreadsheet and send the Order numbers out to the Bodyshop/windscreen people.
- Updating movement sheets on to the system.
- Putting vehicles up for sale.
- Helping out fleet supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Confident and Self Motivated.
- Able to work in a fast paced sometimes pressured environment.
- Good communication skills written and face to face.
- Good Management and Organisational Skills.
- Proficient in Excel / Word and collating accurate data and generating reports to present at the management meetings.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident and Assertive and be able to take instruction and lead a team forward.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Knowledge and understanding of vehicles and vehicle maintenance.
