**The Role**

Pinnacle Group are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced cleaner to work on a high-end, new build housing estate in Waterloo, Central London. The cleaner will be responsible for the general cleanliness and upkeep of the internal communal areas on theestate. Basic duties would involve mopping, sweeping and dusting of halls, stairs, landings and reception/lobby areas.

Hours will be 2pm to 5pm Monday-Friday and this will be a three week temporary assignment.

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Cleaning of communal internal and external areas such as hallways, staircases and window-sills, as well as courtyards, paths, carparks and bin stores etc. as per the required Contract specification.
- Vacuuming, dusting, litter-picking all sites.
- Sweeping and mopping hard surfaces.
- Cleaning windows within easy reach.
- Routinely clean internal white goods where appropriate.
- Taking images of completed work when asked.
- Recording presence using the sign in sheets as well as our online system.
- Advising Manager of materials / equipment to be ordered.
- Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
- Reporting required repairs / maintenance in communal areas to Management.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to the Toolbox Talks and COSHH training (training given).

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills
- This job will involve heavy lifting and moving of large bins, a good level of physical fitness will be required.
- The ability to work as part of a team and be able to demonstrate initiative
- Some cleaning experience would be preferred
