The school has a dynamic team of staff who are committed to driving standards within the school, supported by our highly visible Senior Leadership Team and provides an exciting opportunity for educational professionals to make a significant difference to the lives of students and also develop their own career. We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Assistant SENCO to join the team.

As Assistant SENCO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the school provides the highest quality of education for all our students, including those with special educational needs and disabilities. You will work closely with the teachers and a team of support staff to identify and support children who require additional assistance, and you will develop and implement strategies to enable them to achieve their full potential.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, including parents, outside agencies and other professionals.

It would be desirable for you to have experience working with Access Arrangements and data analysis; or a willingness to learn.
