**We have an exciting opportunity for a Collections Agent to join our busy team.**

Our team takes care of overdue accounts from consumers and businesses, with work varying from credit control, to taking payments and assisting customers who may be experiencing financial difficulties.

**We are looking for someone who**
- Is an outstanding communicator and negotiator
- Has a great work ethic and is a strong team player
- Reviews and prioritises their own workload to meet deadlines
- Has collections or customer service experience
- Works efficiently with good attention to detail

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
