Mission Translate has a vacancy for an enthusiastic and motivated Resourcing Coordinator Apprentice, this is a great opportunity for anyone wishing to enter the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. The main duties that the successful Apprentice will be undertaking include;
- Recruiting new linguists, from CV’s screening and shortlisting to testing to ensure they meet the company and ISO quality standards.
- Onboarding linguists: negotiating rates, sending Service Agreements and other onboarding documentation, adding linguists to the live database and our TMS system.
- Nurturing supplier relationships for maximum and mutual ease and enjoyment
- Organising training and refresher sessions for linguists
- Monitoring and maintaining our linguist database to make sure the information is up to date and accurate at all times.
- Promoting newly recruited linguists to the relevant Projects teams.
- Reporting on vendor recruitment and performance, highlighting shortages in specific languages or services.
- Monitoring linguists’ performance and highlighting areas of concerns to management
- Creating regular recruitment plans together with management.
- Assisting the Projects Team with urgent ad hoc recruitment for time critical assignments
- Keeping abreast of industry standards and developments
- Attending regular meetings to discuss recruitment needs.

**Requirements**:

- Native or very high level of English
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Entry requirements

Applicants should be literate and numerate. Grade C/4 and above in English and Maths are required.

Training to be provided

Business Administration Level 3 Standard

Apprentices learn the skills they need on the job with the guidance of a development coach who is an expert from industry. You will finish your apprenticeship with a recognised qualification, valuable industry experience, money, and substantial opportunities for promotion.
