**Tetto is a bright, modern, design-led rooftop restaurant, bar and garden showcasing fresh local seafood with an Italian accent alongside homemade sourdough pizza and imaginative aperitivo inspired cocktails.**

**The essential criteria for the position are**:

- Previous experience working in a bar
- Fully flexible working evenings and weekends

**The desirable criteria for the position are**:

- 1-2 years experience in a busy table service restaurant
