Office Angels Livingston are collaborating exclusively with an innovative client who are looking for an administrator to assist in the financial department for a ongoing temporary contract. Based in Bathgate, with a highly competitive salary. Standard officeopening hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to support a friendly team within this thriving organisation.

**Role Overview**

To assist in the finance team of purchase order control and the preparation and processes of invoices.

**Duties include**:

- Prepare monthly invoices
- Administrative duties
- Manage supplier invoice enquiries
- Complete financial checks for each specific projects
- Allocate purchase orders for any outstanding invoices

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Proven, demonstratable experience in a similar role
- Experience in processing invoices or purchase orders
- Excellent organisational skills
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail ability
- Be able to work under pressure and have excellent time management skills
- Experience of maintaining effective filing systems
