Your experience as a Legal Cashier is highly sought. If you are looking for a new role in a firm that advises families and business owners across Kent and beyond, then let’s arrange a confidential and informal chat to discuss the below.

Your next job will include:

- Processing payments including Chaps & BACs
- Monthly compliance reporting to COFA/COLP and partners
- Assisting with and overseeing:

- the production of Office and Client account cheques
- the processing Office and Client account receipts
- the processing Client to Office transfers
- the review of all completion statements
- the posting of invoices, file disbursements and bills

If you bring:

- Familiar with the Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and VAT Regulations
- Preferably be part qualified (CIMA/ACCA).
- Awareness of COFA duties and responsibilities
- Highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills
