Fashion Sales Consultants

Cilento is home to an extensive range of exclusive brand names in fashion, suitable for the whole family whatever the occasion. With fabulous collections of Mother of the Bride / Groom, Men’s Suiting, Wedding Guest Attire, Holy Communion & Confirmation as well as extensive collections of casual clothing. We also stock a luxurious home and gift-ware collections making our department store a one stop shop for all the family.

As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for;
- Driving sales, delivering excellent customer service and representing the Cilento brand to full expectations.
- Providing a personal shopping style service by assessing each customers individual needs and, through expertise in our brands & products, ensuring these needs are met.
- Ensuring immaculate standards are maintained within the store, as well as back of house which will include stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Working positively and collaboratively with other team members in order to maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

Ideally we require;
- Approx. 1+ years experience in fashion retail.
- A fashion focused, and passionate individual with a love of styling and outfit building.
- Someone who maintains an awareness of all seasonal trends and has the ability to relay brand product knowledge to our customers.
- Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
- Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 - 35 per week

**Salary**: From £9.00 per hour
