- YOUR ROLEAs a Transport Operator, you will be part of a successful team who are committed to supporting our high-profile customer. This is a critical role within the operation, and directly contributes towards the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and operation.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Working in conjunction with the other Traffic Operators, and the drivers in the Traffic Office, you will work to ensure that communications with the client are clear and timely. You will also be responsible for ensuring all administrative and IT functions are completed in line with company policy and procedures and client requirements. Other daily duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Producing reports as requested by contract supervisors and/or managers
- Dealing with any incoming/outgoing telephone calls politely and confidently, using own initiative to solve any situations that may arise
- Ensuring high standards of Health & Safety, cleanliness and tidiness throughout the working environment

The shift times for this role is 04:00 - 12:30 and is based in London (NW10 6PX)- WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Previous experience of Fleet Maintenance Undertakings
- Previous Experience of working in a Transport environment
- Ability to work in a team
- Flexible approach to work at all times
- Able to work within a pressurised environment
- Ability to work weekends and unsocial hours, including nights
- Good communication skills
