Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a fantastic not-for-profit company based near Bexleyheath who are seeking a confident Assistant Accountant.

This role will be working closely with the Head of Finance in an exciting business with solid exposure to further areas in accounting. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills or utilise their existing experience whilstgetting the chance to work with some amazing people.

**Duties**:

- Key role in ensuring the business meets its statutory responsibilities
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Reconciliation of accounts - bank, loans, mortgage, PayPal and petty cash
- Accruals and prepayments
- Accurate reconciliations are carried out at agreed intervals

**Additional duties**:

- Income and credit control
- Income Reconciliations
- Processing of invoices/expenses and processing of payment run
- Purchase ordering / purchase ledger / payments
- Commission processing
- Barclaycard processing
- Various Ad-Hoc duties required by the Line Manager

**Important**:

- Sage 50 or similar software knowledge
- Excel experience - Pivot Tables/VLOOKUPs
- Attention to detail

**Desirable**:

- Previous finance experience
- AAT or additional finance education

**Salary/additional benefits**:
**£28,000 - £32,000 DOE**

**27-30 days holiday**
