Hard working individual required with good communication skills. The successful applicant will be joining a busy kitchen with a focus on quality fresh produce. A solid understanding of food safety management is required although training is provided. Basic food preparation, starters, cold sections along with kitchen porter duties and generally assisting senior chef's. This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in catering to learn and progress. Equally someone that has experience at this level and is happy and competent at the job at hand.

The £10-£12 pounds is based on age and experience. Tips (cash and credit card) are in addition. You will work up to a 5 day week, with the shift pattern flexible. Part-time is an option as well as full time.
