**Caretaker**
**37 hours per week. 52 weeks per year**
**£21,575 - £22,369 **per annum (NJC Grade C)**
Required to start as soon as possible to undertake general maintenance of the building, facilities and grounds and to assist in maintaining the security of the school building. To make sure the facilities are available for hire outside of normal school hours.
The caretaker / grounds person will also carry out estate maintenance, grounds, works & preparation of sports surfaces.
