Pure are pleased to be recruiting for a Transport Coordinator for our client based in Grays. To report to the Transport Manager at our Grays site to provide administrative support for the fleet of vehicles, taking customer orders and maintaining the siterecords to adhere to our licenses.
**Main Duties**:

- Ability to create a Weekly and Daily Ops Sheet
- Ability to update the Delivery Plan and send to Planners on daily basis as an accurate record of what happened.
- Assist the Transport Manager in monitoring the Company and Contract Driver use of Microlise, for Electronic PODS and Daily Defects
- Assist the Transport Manager in producing Customer Service and Fleet Performance KPIs.
- Assist the Transport Manager in ensuring that the Fuel Management System is correctly used.
- Liaising with drivers regarding delivery updates.
- Collecting and data entry on driver defect sheets, POD’s, Discharge checklists and ADR forms.
- Organising vehicle & trailer inspections, maintenance, parts, tyres and MOT’s

**Key requirements:**:

- Transport Planning experience
- Use of Planning Systems
- IT proficient with all Microsoft packages
- Tanker experience desirable
- CPC Qualification desirable
- Time management
- Good problem solver
- Experience within a similar role
