**About you as Head Concierge**
- The face of the hotel to tell the elaborate story of the Mayfair Townhouse
- Personality, style and charm in abundance for that 5 star first impression
- Excellent leadership skills to support our concierge and porters
- Flexibility and pro-active thinking to problem solve and accommodate last minute requests
- Passion for 5 star service and going above and beyond for guests and your team
- Rapport building skills to get to know our guests quickly and cater to their requests
- Previous experience as Senior Concierge managing a team
- Prior knowledge to the surrounding area is highly desirable

**Key responsibilities of the Head Concierge**
- Confidently manage the Concierge and Portering teams to deliver exceptional luxury service
- Booking additional services on or off site, transfers, dinner and theatre reservations or extra amenities for that personal touch
- Providing 5 star service to all guests prior to arrival and during their stay
- Be main point of contact for guests wanting to book additional services
- Support and deliver training for your team, whether for new starters or ongoing development
- Create rotas, manage holidays/absence and support HR with recruitment for team
- Confidently read guest body language and tone to adapt a personal service depending on their needs
- Ensure all guests receive a dandy farewell when checking out

Situated near London's Green Park, The Mayfair Townhouse is Iconic Luxury Hotels' fifth luxury hotel.

Located on Half Moon Street alongside Piccadilly, The Mayfair Townhouse will debut with 172 rooms suites. The Dandy Bar, private gym and versatile event spaces. Mayfair is synonymous with status, heritage and prestige and up until the mid 18th century was largely rural, famous for its annual May Fair. The townhouses lining Half Moon Street formed the setting for Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest.
