The Leicester Landscaping Company Ltd is a local business, covering Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Rutland and Lincolnshire, creating quality dream gardens for our clients.

**4.5 day working week, van with fuel card, private health care for your and children, bonuses, competitions, breakfast on us twice a month - these are just some of the perks we offer.**

**Are you the amazing skilled landscaping team leader we’ve been looking for?**

If you are you’ll be hardworking, reliable and trustworthy, and confident enough to lead a team with little guidance. You'll be receiving a basic salary between £25,000-£35000 depending on experience and capability, plus the opportunity to increase that with a performance bonus of £1500 to £2000pa, and the use of a company van and fuel card.

This job will never be boring.

The applicant who gets this role will hold a high level of importance in our organisation.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Lay sandstone and porcelain paving to a high standard
- Lay bricks
- Competent at woodwork (pergola’s, sleeper walls etc)
- Planting and turfing
- All round proficient landscaper

You will need to have these skills:

- Hardworking
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks
- Ability to run a project with little guidance
- Motivated
- Adaptable to change
- **And ** excellent customer service skills

**A guarantee of work in all seasons (we work ALL year round)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
