**Job description**

- We have an exciting opportunity available for a housing professional to join our Private Sector Leasing Team.
- For the role you must have a good understanding of the legal and statutory requirements relating to the letting and management of properties in the private rented sector.

**The role - What I’ll be doing**
- If successful, you will be responsible for effectively managing Salix Home’s portfolio of Private Sector Leased properties and ensuring that customers living in our PSL properties have a safe and secure home, that is affordable, well maintained and meets their housing needs.
- You will also have responsibility for managing Salix Homes’ portfolio of commercial shop premises and undertake all duties associated with the creation and management of commercial leases.

**What we’re looking for**
- We are looking for an experienced housing professional with relevant experience of managing properties within the private rented sector.
