We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Team Member to join our prestigious hotel's facilities team. As a Maintenance Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation and upkeep of our property, contributing to the comfort and satisfaction of our esteemed guests.

**Responsibilities**:
**Repairs and Maintenance**: Execute daily maintenance tasks and repairs across various areas of the property, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities.

**Preventive Maintenance**: Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance procedures to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.

**Facility Upkeep**: Ensure the proper functioning and appearance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other essential systems, promptly resolving any malfunctions or deficiencies.

**Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, taking proactive measures to maintain a secure and hazard-free environment for both guests and team members.

**Inventory Management**: Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, coordinating with the team to restock as needed.

**Guest Assistance**: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests for maintenance assistance, addressing their concerns efficiently to guarantee a positive experience.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with other members of the maintenance team, as well as with colleagues from different departments, to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive work environment.

**Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and completed work orders.

**Facility Improvement**: Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the overall functionality and appearance of the property, elevating the guest experience.

**Requirements**:
**Maintenance Experience**: Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work, preferably in a hospitality or similar setting.

**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general handyman tasks, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

**Safety Awareness**: Comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures and protocols, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

**Time Management**: Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines and handle urgent maintenance requests.

**Team Player**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and collaborative attitude towards fellow team members and guests.

**Flexibility**: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate the needs of the hotel operation.

**Physical Fitness**: Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items, to fulfill maintenance duties effectively.
