- No previous experience as a Picker Packer is required as full training is provided.

We are recruiting for Picker Packers roles in Kettering, NN14 (North Northamptonshire) to work for a leading UK retailer.

**Role of a Picker Packer**:

- Order picking products
- Picking using a voice automated system - training provided
- Use mechanically operated equipment
- Will include some heavy lifting
- Work to standard warehouse operating procedures in line with company policy.
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern.

**Picker Packer role details**:

- Salary : £12.00 - AM shift; £13.00 - PM shift; £14.00 - Night shift
- £100 sign up bonus - payable after 6 weeks service, no unauthorised absences
- £100 Refer a friend Bonus
- payable after 6 weeks service, no unauthorised absences
- Recognition bonus - £50 for one week for worker of the week
- Overtime £15/h AM -shift; £16.25/h -PM shift; £17.50/h -Night
- Fixed shift AM 06:15-14:15 / PM 14:15-22:15 / Night 22:15-06:15
- Location: Kettering, NN14
- Duration: Ongoing Full Time Role
- You will be given a 12 week rota and be expected to work 5 days from 7, with the opportunity to work additional hours and days

**As a Picker Packer you will need to have**:

- Good communication skills
- Able to follow instructions
- Ability to give attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Picker Packer or picker packer is an advantage but not essential as Full training is provided.
- Ambition to grow and progress in your career
