We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic **Warehouse Operatives** to support our operation in **Bathgate**, working in partnership with our longstanding customer, **Costa Coffee**.

This is a **full-time**, **permanent** position with a shift pattern of any ‘**4 days out of 8’**, covering the hours of **08:00 to 20:00.**

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Ensuring that products are picked accurately, loaded, and unloaded safely onto vehicles
- Responsible for tipping and processing outside suppliers as well as managing backhauls
- Data input using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Communicating with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse would be beneficial
- Current UK Drivers licence would be advantageous but not essential
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work in a team and independently when required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
