**Location**: Buttershaw, Bradford (hybrid working)

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a **Systems Coordinator** who will be responsible for supporting the business and suppliers in general day-to-day system queries/related tasks, including training of new and existing system capabilities to help drive adoption. In close coordination with the P2P Systems Manager, our **Systems Coordinator** will also be responsible for driving best practice relating to systems and procure to pay processes.

**What will you be doing?**

As our **Systems Coordinator**, you will be expected to offer guidance and support to colleagues on all relevant system-related tasks and procure to pay processes, delivering colleague P2P systems training and communications as required. You will also:

- Manage the onboarding and training of suppliers onto the company designated system
- Encouraging colleague feedback to identify opportunities for process and system improvements
- Act as a liaison between end-users and the systems team to drive adoption and enhance end user experience
- Maintain awareness of all new system capabilities with a view to support and training the business in utilising the functionality
- Establish working relationships with key and frequent users to be able to deliver effective support and training.

**Knowledge and Skills Required**

**Essential**:
As our Systems Coordinator you will be confident in delivering effective support and training across all levels of the business, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure. You will also:

- Have strong demonstrable skills with Microsoft Office Suite / Office 365
- Be able to deliver to deadlines in a timely manner
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess tenacity to independently solve problems
- Have previous SAP4 Hana / Ariba experience
- Be commercially focused with a demonstrable track record of delivering value for money.

**Desirable**:

- Business process continuous improvement
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP & Ariba
