Receptionist at our private members's club is the first point of contact for members and guests and plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The Receptionist handles inquiries, manages reservations, and provides administrative support to ensure smooth operations and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet members, guests, and visitors in a warm and professional manner, creating a positive first impression of the club.
- Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information about club facilities, services, and events.
- Manage reservations and bookings for club amenities, including dining, events, and other services.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Assist with member inquiries, requests, and concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate department or management as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution and documentation.
- Manage membership-related tasks, such as issuing membership cards, updating member information, and processing membership fees.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and facilities, to coordinate member requests and ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on club activities, promotions, and events to provide accurate information and assistance to members and guests.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to handle unexpected situations.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Knowledge of the private members' club industry and familiarity with club operations is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
