**What you’ll be doing**
- Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance by following established procedures and PPE guidelines and conducting team safety meetings.
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on overhead travelling cranes.
- Repairing mechanical items according to existing drawings and within specified delivery periods.
- Contributing to the design of spare parts for cranes.
- Conducting repairs and refurbishments of existing equipment.
- Take an active role in CI, maintaining safety and cleanliness standards within the crane maintenance Team.
- Undertaking various tasks for Workshops, auxiliary plant, and downshifts as needed.
- Conducting Zone Safety audits and risk assessments at specified frequencies as outlined in the Safety Sub Plan.

**What you’ll need to qualify**
- Must be a time served mechanical fitter
- Possess adequate experience working on heavy machinery and/or cranes
- An NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering (Desirable)
