We are a busy 4 star hotel kitchen looking for a kitchen porter to undergo the following daily tasks, this is mostly evening shifts from 5 or 6pmuntil 10, with some later finishes when there are functions.

~ cleaning all dishes, pots, pans and all catering equipment

~ maintaining an immaculately clean environment

~ being organised in a busy work area

~ taking out rubbish/recycling, cleaning bin areas and using the compactor

~ be able to take clear instruction from all chefs to have the kitchen spotless at all times

~ sweeping, mopping etc

~ any other porter tasks as requested by our head chef

This role offers around 20-30 hours a week on a rota basis and may included some holiday cover.

We are looking for:
Flexibility as the role does involve evenings and weekend work

Someone that can work alone and as part of a team, with good communication skills.

Wage dependent on age and experience (minimum wage)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: £7.00-£9.50 per hour
