Bartender

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including organising supplies and cleaning glasses
- Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor customer behavior and respond to any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

**Skills**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Hospitality-oriented mindset to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
