Associate Team Leader

Due to exciting expansion, Hamptons are seeking an experienced Associate to lead a team on our newly created International Lettings Department.
This position will suit an experienced International Lettings Consultant (Mandarin speaking), looking to progress their career towards a managerial position in a fast growing division.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability to generate new business alongside taking a strategic approach to growing and managing a team. Â
Key objectives in this role will be to generate international leads to Hamptons' BTR division alongside the Central London portfolio.

**Skills & Experience Required**:
- Mandarin Speaking
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to prioritise and organise a heavy workload
- Positive, pro-active and flexible approach
- Previous experience required, ideally within International Lettings or build to rent
- High personal standards, passionate about excellent customer service and an active ambassador (internal and external)
- Highly organised, with an excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Competent user of Microsoft Office, notably Outlook and Excel
- Team player, with the self-drive to work alone when required
- Warm, personable and professional
- A full and clean UK driver's Licence
- Customer centric approach
- Commercially astute
