Breakthrough in Education are looking to appoint a new member of the team due to company expansion, you will work alongside our compliance manager in completing checks for Teaching staff to work in schools. We are a specialist recruitment agency who pride ourselves on the quality of staff we provide for schools in Suffolk and Lancashire, we focus on SEND Education. The position is part time 10-15 hours a week homebased with the option to work from our office also.

You will be working within a dynamic team team of 7 people to ensure safer recruitment and prepare complete stringent recruitment checks on new employees. This role is fast-paced and challenging with a hugely rewarding element. The team are all remote workers with regular visits to the office, the company is expanding with future career progression opportunities.

**The role**:
**Full training will be provided and the responsibilities within this role include**:

- Completing thorough reference checks for new recruits for schools.
- Keeping in contact with potential employees to ensure they recieve great customer experience
- Maintaining our inhouse CRM system
- Assist with time-sheets and payroll on a weekly basis.
- Potential to meet with new recruits to collate the documentation required to work in schools.
- Our offices are based in Rawtenstall and Suffolk this role will be based from home with the occasional visit to the Rawtenstall office.

**The ideal person for this role**:
Have a great attention to detail and efficient working style.
- Be dedicated to understanding and upholding all current education regulations, policies and procedures and safeguarding.
- A passion for education and helping to complete checks on effective staff for Schools.
- Understanding of the importance of safer recruitment.
- Be a strong team player and be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Training will be provided but willingness to learn and be proficient in our software is essential.
- Have an ability to work under pressure and prioritize your workload whilst remaining calm and positive, we are an upbeat team
- Previous administrative experience is required for this role.
- Experience working in schools or with young people is desirable, as we pride ourselves on an ethos of really understanding the roles that we recruit for.

This job is remote, from home working. Our offices are based in Rawtenstall and there will be the requirement to attend in person meetings occasionally.

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
