It’s a really good time to join our growing team in the Assets Management Team to support our team of 6 Surveyors working alongside another Assets Portfolio Office. We are on the brink of introducing a new asset management software system so a chance to get to know the assets and the software at the same time.

**About the role**

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Support the Asset Management Team Surveyors in maintaining and providing relevant data and information for Estate Management related tasks.
- Support the development of a new asset management software database
- Support in the management of Acre Business Park and other identified projects as required.
- Ensure complete and accurate financial management on behalf of the service, including raising of invoices, rent reconciliations, debt management and supporting budget management and forecasting as well as leading year end close-down of accounts.

**About you**

We’re looking for someone who can combine data management expertise with business related support to a team of valuers and someone that enjoys a challenge, whilst never losing sight of the customer.
- You must have a suitable qualification in the relevant area, together with demonstrable experience within the property asset management profession.
- To be adequately skilled to provide the required senior level support to the service and respond to high level asset management cases.
- To be competent in mapping and data management systems with the ability to identify ongoing opportunities for improvements to keep up with evolving developments in related technology.
- To be creative and compliant when presenting data and information in formats most suitable or required for the recipients.
