We have ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years and are looking for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator with a passion to learn and develop new skills to support us in our mission to provide market leading customers with a high technology, high reliability EMS.

You will have the opportunity to deliver value to our customers every day. This role is pivotal to the success of ensuring we meet our customers’ expectations for their projects and will give you the opportunity to add value in our Procurement, Planning and Supply Chain.

This role has lots of potential for career development and may suit someone with some previous purchasing experience, a recent A-Level school leaver or graduate looking to develop in a high performing team with an employer who has ambitious plans for your career development. Once you’re up and running in the role, you’ll be able to work remotely a few days per week.

As part of your role you will;
- Ensure that material items are procured on-time, using our Enterprise Resource Planner (IFS) in accordance with quotations to arrive in time for Manufacturing activities, actioning order requirements as appropriate for all live shop orders.
- Process contract details and materials onto our Enterprise Resource Planner (IFS) to enable procurement of new orders, resolving any buy-stops.
- Manage and maintain internal schedules feeding directly from master schedule in IFS, ensuring dates are up to date and accurate in line with customer expected delivery dates.
- Review delivery and quality data to feed into Monthly Operations meeting and Supply Chain feedback.
- Support and contribute with the development of Supply Chain and Purchasing Strategy.
