Retail Supervisor

**Duties**:

- Supervise and manage daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Train and mentor retail staff to ensure high-quality service and sales performance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets
- Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash management & also including the opening and closing of the store.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a retail supervisory or management role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to manage a diverse team of employees
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and Manager.
- I.T skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.14-£11.46 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
