**Summary**:
This role responsibility is for a fully trained operator to operate bag making machines within a small team in the St Neots Plant.

**Responsibilities**:
To operate and run bag making machines to achieve agreed performance levels in terms of Quality, Rate and Yield, EH&S, Hygiene and House Keeping
Ensure communication and information flows are effective and timely
Provide feedback to support maintenance/process-related decision making.
Work with and support the shift team in the timely trouble-shooting of process problems.
Support the Team Performance Leader to ensure best practices including SOPs are understood and followed.
Participate in the continuous performance improvement of the Bag Making operation to achieve Best-in-Class capability and beyond.
Maintain a high level of understanding regarding new developments in products and processes

**Skills required**:
Knowledge of operating machinery and working in a production environment, ability to understand standard operating procedures, Effective Communication skills
