Contract Life Actuary with Data Science Experience - 6 months - Outside IR35 A leading analytics company based in London are recruiting for a Contract Life Actuary with Data Science knowledge. They specialise in data-driven insights and predictive analytics in the life expectancy industry. Their team of experts leverages cutting-edge technologies and advanced statistical modelling techniques to provide valuable insights and solutions to their clients. They are seeking a highly skilled Contract Life Actuary with experience in Data Science to join their dynamic team. The role:
As a Contract Life Actuary with Data Science experience, you will play a pivotal role in analysing and modelling data related to life expectancy, previous illnesses, and their impact on life expectancy. Your expertise in R programming, survival modelling, and Datamodelling will be instrumental in developing and implementing robust predictive models to inform critical decision-making processes in the life insurance sector. Responsibilities:

- Utilise your actuarial science, data science, and statistical modelling expertise to analyse complex data sets.
- Develop and implement survival models to predict life expectancy based on various factors, including previous illnesses and demographic information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and process data for analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in actuarial science and data science. **Requirements**:

- Extensive experience as a Life Actuary, with a strong focus on data analysis and modelling.
- Proficiency in R programming and a strong understanding of statistical analysis.
- Strong knowledge of actuarial concepts and life insurance products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid understanding of Datamodelling and experience with relevant tools and techniques.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

**Working Arrangement**:
This is a contract position with a competitive rate of £650 - £675 per day, outside of IR35 regulations. The working arrangement includes one day onsite in our London office, providing opportunities for collaboration and networking with our talented team of professionals. **How to Apply**:
