**Duties will include**:
- Raising job quotes
- General Administration Work
- Diary/Planner management
- Dealing with Maintenance Engineers and assigning them to jobs
- Processing new enquiries and booking visits
- Recording results of jobs
- Organising and ordering materials
- Raising Purchase Orders
**Requirements**:
- **Excellent IT Skills**:
- **Good communication skills, both verbal and written**:
- **Ability to work well under mínimal supervision**:
- **Able to quickly learn & understand processes and procedures**:
