Here at GXO, we’re proud to be recruiting in Lutterworth for our degree apprenticeship programme in partnership with Sheffield Hallam University. Over three and a half years, you’ll earn while you learn, gaining skills across all our business areas. You’ll be on a permanent contract from day one and at the end of the scheme, you’ll come out of it with a degree in Professional Supply Chain Leadership and a future career with GXO Best of all, your degree will be fully funded by us, at no cost to you.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a starting salary of £18,500 per annum, which will increase each year. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Work across a variety of our departments, from warehousing to human resources and health and safety, to gain a well-rounded view of GXO, our customers and the wider logistics world
- Gain the confidence, experience and skills to lead and support your own team
- Follow your own bespoke training plan, with the support of an experienced mentor and regular progress reviews to develop your skills and experience
- Attend Sheffield Hallam University on a block release basis (once every six to seven weeks), working towards your fully funded degree in Professional Supply Chain Leadership

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- A minimum of 112 UCAS points (equivalent to BBC grades at A level)
- A strong work ethic with the capability to work on your own initiative to drive your own career and development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Ambition and a genuine desire to learn and grow - this is a career and not just a job, and there will be a variety of development opportunities on offer during the scheme and beyond
- An adaptable approach with the flexibility to work across multiple departments and shift patterns
