We are seeking **CNC Operatives **for our client, UK’s most advanced composites manufacturer, based in **Lisburn**

**Pay Rate**:£12.76 - £13.45 Per Hour + Holiday Pay

**Hours Per Week**: 37.5hrs

**Working Hours**: Rotational 3 shift pattern

Morning Shift: Monday to Thursday 7am - 3pm, Friday 5.30am - 12pm

Evening Shift: Monday to Thursday 3pm - 11pm, Friday 12pm - 6.30pm

Nigh Shift: Sunday to Wednesday 11pm - 7am, Thursday 11pm - 5.30am

**Job Type**: Full time, Temporary to Permanent position

**Job Criteria**:

- CNC Operating experience gained in a Lean manufacturing environment where problem solving / delivery of change initiatives were evident to meet the business objectives, vision and strategy.
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Computer operational skills.

**Job Duties**:

- CNC Operator will be responsible for the safe use of our state of the art MAKA CNC Machines, their associated tools and equipment required to profile our moulded products
- Operate CNC Machinery, Tools, Systems and other associated Production Equipment, processes and systems in various operating environments in order to provide a high-quality product that consistently exceeding customer standards and business requirements.
- Ensure that consistent and standard working practices are carried out in your work to achieve production requirements and ensure that optimum efficiency and quality standards are met
- Ensure excellence of health & safety, quality and environmental standards within the shift.
