We are currently recruiting for a Science Tutor to work both online and/ or in-person for local schools. This role involves working across KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4 to deliver Maths lessons, either on a 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3 basis.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Delivering core curriculum tuition face-to-face in schools and online to children who need extra support
- Adapting your teaching style and content to suit each child's needs
- Liaising with the class teachers to plan and prepare lessons and objectives
- Communicating with different departments within the school as well as parents regarding students’ progress
What You Need
- Relevant Qualifications (Science Degree, QTS)
- Clear understanding of the UK curriculum
- Confident behaviour management
- DBS on the update service, which can be processed through REED
