Call Centre Sales Agent

**Competitive Compensation**: Earn a £410 basic salary (including a £50 per week attendance bonus) to £460 a week for 5 sales, £660 a week for 10 sales, £835 a week for 15 sales.

**Guaranteed Hours**: 32.5 working hours per week, with opportunities for additional pay through commission which is uncapped.

We are currently recruiting life insurance agents. You will be making outbound sales calls to find key information such as current policy details whilst ensuing that the client has time to talk and is interested in reviewing or making a change to their policy.

If by doing this, yourself and the company think you are a good fit then we will train and pay for the necessary training to gain qualifications within the industry to gain adviser status, by doing this you will be qualified to give advice to clients on what policy would suit their needs most and give them the best protection for them. An example of this will be giving training to take an R05 exam.

We broker life insurance, critical illness, income protection, sports insurance and whole of life (also known as funeral cover)
