**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create visually striking digital and print artwork across various platforms and activities including websites, advertising, brochures, marketing collateral, product packaging, exhibitions, signage, corporate communications, and more.
- Develop design briefs based on client requirements.
- Generate innovative ideas and concepts, balancing creativity with time and cost considerations.
- Present finalized ideas and concepts to managers and account managers.
- Proofread to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
- Demonstrate illustrative skills through rough sketches and print-ready artwork.
- Proficiently handle studio photography.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Demonstrated creative flair and passion for design.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry-standard software.
- Professional approach to managing time, costs, and deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of graphic design styles and layout techniques.
- Experience in executing marketing projects from inception to production.
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of completed design projects.
- Proficiency in image editing software such as Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with design software, particularly InDesign.
