Construction Laborer

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to:

- Loading and unloading materials
- Digging trenches and excavations
- Operating hand and power tools
- Assisting with concrete pouring and finishing
- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding
- Cleaning and preparing job sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow

**Skills**:

- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasks performed

Please note that this is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time. Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rugby, CV21 2PN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
