- To inspire our customers by creating memorable & engaging welding experiences, providing an exceptional and professional experience like no other with the customer at the heart of the journey._

**WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?**:

- As a leader in your field you will consistently deliver an experience aligned with our experiential retail pillars - Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovative
- You will thrive in delivering a world class experience like no other, ensuring the customer is at the heart of all decisions, leading a centre of innovation and experimentation
- Expertly use the welding machine to seamlessly attach bracelets, anklets & rings to our customers making it a personal and memorable experience
- Nurture and develop an unforgettable experience by establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers
- Strong presence on the shop floor, actively sharing your expertise
- The ability to be adaptable and genuine in more sensitive/sentimental appointments
- Having exceptional product knowledge and knowledge relating to all of the services that we offer

- £16 p/h + commission
- Product Allowance + Friends & Family Discount
- 28 days holiday + 1 day/yr service pro rata

**We're looking for a mix of Full-time & Part-time jewellers so let us know your preferred hours.**
