**Landscape Project Surveyor**
The Artificial Grass Company Scotland is looking to recruit a Landscape Project Surveyor who is able to demonstrate a proven track record of accurately measuring up landscaping projects. Ideally you would be someone with landscaping experience.
You will be visiting potential clients on pre-arranged appointments to establish the needs of the client and help them plan and design their dream garden by carrying out a survey of the area, listening to the clients needs and completing full and accurate survey sheets on completion to give the client an accurate cost of the project.

**Detailed Tasks List**
- Produce fully detailed surveys and ensure compliance on a continual basis.
- Liaise with the Company Director on all aspects of the project delivery, comment on drawings and details and advise of any inconsistencies or inappropriate works.
- Procure materials in accordance with the project specification.
- Advise of any discrepancies between specification, drawings and budget to iron out any financial inconsistencies.
- Ensure construction in accordance with the specification and drawings.
- Oversee any changes to orders and the issuing of variations and discuss with the Installation Manager.
- Advise and report to the Installation Manager and Company Director on cost changes and variations in a timely fashion and update the project accordingly.
- Thorough understanding of all the tasks expected of the Installation Team roles in order to successfully manage their implementation on site.
- Communicate effectively with the Company Director on outcome of each survey, information on customer budget, next steps.
- Represent the company and promote its best interests at all times.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Experience**:
- Landscaping: 1 year (preferred)
- Project Planning: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
