Main Responsibilities include

To be accountable to the Registered Manager for the smooth running of day-to-day Care Assistant communication.
- Line Manage and supervise allocated clients and Care Workers
- Monitor and maintain the electronic call times
- Ensure enquiries are recorded promptly and accurately with sufficient details.
- Ensure any changes to Client or Care Assistant needs and availability, is communicated to all relevant parties quickly and effectively. Ensure all changes are recorded in the appropriate places.
- Organise and coordinate 2 weekly staff rotas ensuring they are well planned taking into account travel time. Making sure run management is conducted daily to establish capacity.
- participate in on call 1 in 3
- conduct allocated client quarterly reviews
- Liaise as necessary with partner professionals and organisations (e.g. social workers, GPS, nurses) in respect of developing and delivering holistic, person-centred packages of care.
- Manage and maintain customer and carer files
- Experience in IQ Careplanner desirable.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Extremely well organised, excellent planning and prioritising ability with high attention to detail
- Ability to support & nurture your staff through supervisions, spot checks & check in calls.
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to participate covering on call in cases 1 in 3
- Good computer skills including proficient use of MS Office, the ability to produce reports and good computer systems knowledge
