Join our team as a Corporate Services Support Officer for the Department of Environment, Food & Agriculture

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, well organised and customer-focussed individual to join our Corporate Services Team, based in the modern and friendly surroundings of ‘Thie Slieau Whallian’, St Johns.

This role is positioned at the heart of the Department and provides a liaison between the Executive Leadership Team, Political Members, DEFA staff and other Government Departments.

You will assist the Executive Assistant in the daily support of the Chief Officer, Deputy Chief Officer, Minister and the Executive Leadership Team with responsibility for the organisation and preparation for the Department’s main political meetings. You will also be responsible for maintaining effective communications within the Department, monitoring the correspondence into the Department and acting as a central co-ordinator for complex correspondence.
