Casual Bartender

The Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor is seeking an experienced **Casual Bartender **to join our Food & Beverage team.

**As Bartender your key responsibilities include**:

- Welcoming guest, preparing drinks, and serving them to the company standards.
- To prepare the Bar and Lounge on the start of each shift and ensure that tables are appropriately cleared during the shift.
- Opening checks, cash handling and ensure correct payment procedures.
- To assist with stocking up/stock rotation.
- Deal with queries and complaints to ensure guest’s wishes are met.
- To perform all duties related to bar opening/closing shifts
- Take responsibility for ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant area.

**As Bartender the essential skills required**:

- Previous Bar experience in hospitality industry advantageous
- Previous experience in Micros will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skill and organization skills
- Positive, can-do attitude and great team player
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
